Registration process
With Rapid Business Registrations you can complete you chosen business registration in 3 easy steps:
- Step 1: Complete the order form online
- Step 2: Pay Fee for the selected business registration/s
- Step 3: Post/Fax or email documents to us.
Step 1
Fill in one of our online order forms. Click here to go to our home page where you can select the registration service that you would like.
Step 2
Pay the fee using Internet Banking (EFT) or by direct bank deposit using the details below:

Once you have made the payment, email the proof of payment to billings@business-registrations.co.za or fax the proof of payment to 086 545 6404
Step 3
Fax signed Limited Power of Attorney form together with the photocopy of Identity Document (ID) of each member (in the case of a CC) or director (in the case of a company).
Once you have faxed these documents, post the original Power of Attorney form together with the photocopies (certified if you would like us to register your CC for Income Tax) of the Identity Documents of each member / director to:

In the case of Income Tax registration for Companies, CCs or Individuals you do not need to sign a Limited Power of Attorney. In this case you would fax through to us a copy of the Identity Documents (ID) of the directors (company), members (CC) or the individual’s ID at 086 545 6404.
